Spirits Feed Those in Need in Connecticut

Litchfield Co., Connecticut—Our local chapter based in Litchfield County, Connecticut recently organized two food drives with local super markets to aid with the increase demand of those in
need during the holiday season. In all they collected over 160 bags of food the communities of Litchfield and Torrington. The event gained them the attention of the local press.
The Litchfield County, Connecticut Chapter is our original chapter and the vehicle from which our national organization sprang. They have continually made local headlines for their community efforts including an initiative to collect wayward shopping carts from the streets and
rivers of Torrington and several food and clothing drives. These Spirits exemplify what our organization is about and we look forward to keeping you abreast on their future activities.
